📋 Service Scope
Includes domain procurement, DNS configuration, mailbox setup (Google/Microsoft), authentication records, monitoring, and deliverability optimization.
💳 Billing
Domain fees, inbox licenses, and setup charges are billed in advance. Mailbox charges renew monthly.
🚫 Cancellation
Mailbox cancellations require written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.
💰 Refunds
Vendor-paid charges (Google/Microsoft) are non‑refundable once processed.
⚖️ Fair Use
Clients must follow warm‑up limits, daily sending caps, and compliance requirements to avoid reputation damage.
⚠️ Misuse
Spam, fraud, or policy violations may lead to immediate suspension without refund.
🌐 Domain Ownership
Domains purchased on your behalf remain yours; transfers require settlement of outstanding dues.
🛡️ Liability
IT Dukes is not responsible for platform‑level outages or sending‑content issues that impact deliverability.
⚖️ Governing Law
This service is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
